About Course

Course Introduction

Business Administration is the study of how organizations are structured, led, financed, marketed, and operated to achieve their goals and it remains one of the most versatile and widely respected qualifications an employer or entrepreneur can hold. Whether you intend to manage a department within a large corporation, run your own enterprise, work in the public sector, or move into consulting, the core disciplines covered in this diploma form the operating system for almost every professional environment you’ll encounter.

This diploma is deliberately built around real business conditions in Zambia and across Africa mobile money and financial inclusion, SME-dominated markets, mining and agriculture as anchor sectors, regulatory bodies like PACRA and ZRA, and the practical realities of running or managing a business where infrastructure, financing, and market access all look different from a textbook written for a developed economy. Every module combines internationally recognized theory with African case studies and worked examples, so what you learn is immediately applicable not just academically interesting.
