Course Introduction

Who this course is for: Aspiring IT support technicians, systems/network administrators, help desk staff, and anyone seeking a genuinely broad, technically grounded IT diploma as a foundation for employment or further specialized study (networking certifications, cybersecurity certifications, or further software development study). Completion of Cullen’s Certificate in Introduction to Computer Skills, or equivalent basic computer literacy, is recommended though not strictly required.
